Messy Christmas at Seagoe

Seagoe Parish hosted Messy Church Christmas in St. Patrick’s Church Hall in December for the families of Killicomaine who came along to enjoy all the festive activities.

Many of the children from the local primary school come along regularly to Messy Church with their families. Messy Church is hosted seasonally at St. Patrick’s and this one focused everyone’s attention on the true meaning of Christmas –celebrating the birth of Jesus.

There were 9 different crafts and activities to take part in including dressing up activities, card making, decorating biscuits, making a Christmas mobile, play dough and lots more. See the photos below for more information about the activities.

Jill and Robert led the celebration time with a mix of songs, a short talk and a prayer.
